Refund Policy

At Velix Supply Co, we want to ensure you receive the right products in perfect condition. We accept return requests based on the following criteria:

1. Defective Products 🛠️

If an item is found to be defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for a replacement or a full refund. Serial numbers may be required for verification.

2. Shipping & Picking Errors 📦

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or send the correct item at no additional charge.

3. Ordering Errors & Change of Mind ⚠️

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it, a 20% restocking feewill apply. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost with Carrier 🚚

If your shipment is lost by the carrier, we will initiate a claim on your behalf to provide a resolution.
